Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Unused Condition: The item must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition. It must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date you received the product.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is a result of a defective or incorrect item shipped by Aluxmavel, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for items valued over $75, to ensure the item reaches us safely. Aluxmavel is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and thoroughly inspected by our team, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved and meets all eligibility criteria, we will process the refund.
Refund Method: The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.
Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

Return Shipping: For items confirmed as damaged or defective, Aluxmavel will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label if necessary.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return for the original product following our return policy, and then place a new order for the desired item through our website.
